The Lookwide Centre was built & completed in 2002 & is owned & managed by the 1st Hexham Scout Group. The centre is widely used by the scout group & is also available for hire by a wide variety of local community groups, visiting scout groups & individuals wishing to book private functions.
The centre is very popular for childrens birthday parties, with a main hall that can seat up to 70 people. We also offer extremely competitive rates of hire for all events.
The Scout Group are very proud of our headquarters, which is the culmination of over Four years of extremely hard work by a dedicated team who worked tirelessly to achieve the building for our young people to enjoy their Scouting.

Please note that parking at the Lookwide Centre is very limited. A maximum of Three cars can park on the Centre driveway. Parking on the grass is forbidden.
