Back 2 Basics 2025 - Hawaiian
Where: Dilston Scout Camp
Introduction
The Hawaiian Lu'au is open to all Scouts from across the District aged 10 to 14½. Although a camping competition, this camp should be seen as an educational tool for both Scouts and Leaders to learn new skills and grow their Scouting knowledge and skills. The camp is not all hard work; there will be a number of fun activities and entertainment included within the busy programme of the events. Each attendee will receive a camp badge, and certificate.

The patrols will need to barrier off their area themselves (using, for example, rope and long sticks). They will be led by a Patrol Leader and assisted by an Assistant Patrol Leader.
The Teams will work together, preparing their own meals, developing their site and building gadgets to support their camping needs. There will be a mark system to work to over the w...
